It's a singles showdown this Monday on Raw. Or is it?
It was announced on WWE's Twitter page that Paige would take on Sasha Banks this Monday:
This would be Paige's first singles match in well over a year. But there's reason to suspect it may not go down. It was advertised last week that Paige would be returning to action, teaming with new stable mates Mandy Rose and Sonia Deville to take on Bayley, Sasha Banks and Mickie James. But it didn't go down -- Bayley and Mickie James were both taken out backstage, then the trio attacked Sasha Banks, leaving her laying.
Paige's last singles match was back on June 20, 2016 when she lost a match against Charlotte.
Also set for Raw this week is a rematch for the tag team titles, with current champions Cesaro and Sheamus squaring off against Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose. A fatal four way match will determine the second spot for the number one contendership match in two weeks on Raw, as Cedric Alexander, Mustafa Ali, Drew Gulak and Tony Nese vye for a oppertunity for an oppertunity to get a shot at the Cruiserweight title.
