Paige Will Not Be Charged With Domestic Violence

Prosecutors have elected not to charge Paige with domestic violence, meaning that both she and Albero El Patron are entirely off the hook for the incident that took place at Orlando International Airport back on July 9.

TMZ is reporting that a rep for the 9th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office has told them that case is officially closed, because Alberto, the ostensible "victim" in the incident, did not want to press charges.

Initially, after damning audio of the incident surfaced, it was thought that El Patron was the one that police were investigating, but then it was learned that Paige was their target. Police recommended that prosecutors charge Paige with domestic assault, but El Patron's refusal to press charges ends everything right there.

Alberto's innocence in the matter made no difference to GFW, where he had held their Unified Heavyweight Championship, before being stripped of the belt earlier this month. El Patron remains on indefinite suspension from GFW, even as they tape episodes of the show, running through October.
