Pat and Samantha McAfee Welcoming Baby Boy In Spring 2026

While it’s been an incredibly difficult road for Pat and Samantha McAfee to welcome a second child into their family, the couple was thrilled to announce they’re expecting a baby boy next spring. Samantha, Pat’s wife, wrote a lengthy post on Instagram highlighting the journey they’ve been through.

Together, the two welcomed Mackenzie Lynn on May 4, 2023. Three years later, Mackenzie is set to become a big sister.

“The path that led us here was filled with needles, hormones, countless appointments, and more emotion than we ever knew two hearts could hold,” Samantha wrote. “IVF pushed my body to its limits and stretched our spirits in ways we never expected. It was hope and heartbreak, faith and fear — all tangled together as we trusted science and prayed for another miracle.”

She continued, “And now, with humbled hearts and overwhelming gratitude, we are overjoyed to share that we are expecting a baby boy, arriving June 2026. To every woman and couple still in the thick of this journey: you are not alone. I hope our news doesn’t cause you pain, but instead offers a spark of hope. Hope that your story isn’t over. Hope that the impossible can become possible. One day this storm will pass — and when it does, may your rainbow find you.”

Pat McAfee commented, “Let’s GOOOOOOOOO … You’re a badass.”

McAfee is still with WWE, though he took a break a few months ago after his on-air feud with Gunther. The two had a match at the Backlash event on May 10 which happened to be the last time McAfee has stepped foot in a WWE ring. He remains heavily involved in the sports world as part of College Gameday and his daily Pat McAfee Show.

The couples news came just hours before Naomi announced that she and Jimmy Uso were having a baby boy.
