Pat McAfee wanted to gloat one more time about being right when it comes to Adam Cole.

At NXT TakeOver: Vengeance Day, Adam Cole seemingly betrayed Kyle O'Reilly when he dropped him with a Superkick after also dropping Finn Balor with one.

On Twitter, Pat McAfee would gloat because he's been saying for months that Adam Cole was a snake in the grass and demand all apologies be directed to him using the hashtag #PatWasRight.

Appearing in a pre-filmed video on the February 17, 2021 episode of NXT, Pat McAfee I would reiterate these points while sitting on a personal plane on his way to a beach.
