Pat McAfee: I'm Not Sure I'm Tough Enough Or My Schedule Would Allow Me A WrestleMania Run

Pat McAfee has only wrestled two matches, but he's made such an impression in the ring and on the mic that fans want more.

McAfee hasn't competed since NXT TakeOver: WarGames and it is unknown when he will return to the ring. Speaking to Kyle Brandt on 10 Questions, McAfee was asked about a potential WrestleMania run.

"That'd be dope and pretty cool," he replied. "Now that I've gotten the chance to do it, I have so much respect for everybody that has ever wrestled. The amount of work and buy-in you have to have to be a successful wrestler, especially in WWE and WrestleMania, that's a lot. The goal would be to have something that people remember as epic but I'm not 100% sure I'm tough enough to do something that would result in a WrestleMania run or my schedule would allow it. That would obviously be insane if I was at a WrestleMania."

McAfee did make a brief cameo on NXT following Adam Cole's turn on Undisputed Era. He then verbally sparred with Cody Rhodes over Cody saying he was calling AEW for a job and Miro over Miro discussing Pat's status as a celebrity.
