WWE SmackDown commentator Pat McAfee won't be part of the action, saying on his show that he wasn't invited over.

"Nope," McAfee said when asked if he was heading to Saudi Arabia for the event. "They're heading over there. I wasn't invited. Good luck. I'm not supposed to be part of that, I'm happy I'm not going or whatever. The show, everyone says it's insane over there. It's awesome. Until they get stuck there and then I gotta call Buffalo SmackDown."

McAfee stepped in at the last minute to call the action on the November 1, 2019 episode of WWE SmackDown after WWE roster and staff members were stranded in Saudi Arabia following WWE Crown Jewel 2019.
