The Philadelphia 76ers didn't get a warm welcome from the hometown crowd.
The March 7th episode of WWE SmackDown was held at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The arena is also the home of the Philadelphia 76ers.
During the broadcast, Paul George and other members of the 76ers were shown in the crowd, and George was holding a 76ers NBA Legacy Title. However, George and the 76ers were booed by the hometown crowd.

The Philadelphia 76ers have been having a tough season, as they are 21-41, which puts them at fourth in the Atlantic Division. The team was expected to be a contender in the Eastern Conference after they signed George, but this season has not gone as they had hoped it would.
