Paul Wight Reportedly Re-Signs With AEW, Original Deal Was Expiring This Year

Paul Wight has reportedly signed a new contract with AEW.

Fightful Select reports that, as per AEW sources, “Paul Wight’s contract was coming up earlier this year. However, it’s believed that he’s agreed to a new deal to stay with the company.” The full report is available for subscribers at FightfulSelect.com.

Paul Wight first joined AEW in February 2021. He eventually made his in-ring debut for AEW during All Out 2021, defeating QT Marshall in a singles match.

Wight’s last bout took place on the Jericho Cruise in 2024, where he teamed up with Chris Jericho and Mike Bailey against The Don Callis Family (Kyle Fletcher & Powerhouse Hobbs) and Lance Archer.
