Pennsylvania Files Motion To Revoke Tammy Sytch's Parole, Bench Warrant Issued

On July 13, Tammy Sytch was arrested in New Jersey

Sytch, best known as Sunny during her WWE run, was arrested on the following charges:

Kevin Owens To Team With Randy Orton Against Solo Sikoa And Tama Tonga At WWE Backlash

- Operating a Motor Vehicle during a second license suspension.

- Eluding a Police Officer.

- Contempt/Violating of a Domestic Violence Restraining Order

She is incarcerated at Monmouth County Correctional Institution.

According to PWInsider, the State of Pennsylvania filed a motion on Tuesday in Carbon County Court to revoke Sytch's parole. She was released on parole in February from Carbon County Prison. The state sees her most recent arrest as a violation of her parole. Court records indicate that until her arrest, Sytch had been adhering to her parole requirements, including monthly payments of restitution.

A hearing has not been scheduled. Sytch could return to Carbon County to serve her full sentence if the court sides with the state.

On Wednesday, the State issued a bench warrant authorizing her arrest.

In 2012, Sytch was arrested five times in a four-week span, for disorderly conduct, third degree burglary, and three counts of violating a protective order. She would be arrested another four times between 2013 and 2015, including three times between May and June 2015. In 2018, she was arrested for two DUIs in an eleven day span, while on probation from a previous charged. She failed to appear in court and was arrested less than a month later. After being paroled, she was arrested again for driving intoxicated.
