Non-compete agreements will be banned in September.
According to the More Perfect Union account on X, a Pennsylvania judge has denied an injunction seeking to block the Biden administration's recent ban on non-compete agreements and clauses. The ban was approved by the Federal Trade Commission back in April.

As of now, virtually all noncompete agreements with bosses will be banned and voided beginning September 4.
As of now, the ban on non-compete agreements and clauses will begin on Setpember 4. It is currently unknown if the new rule will have any effect on wrestling promotions. After being released from WWE, talent normally are forced to wait out a 30 or 90 day non-compete clause.
