Penta El Zero M Currently Dealing With Work Visa Issues, Body Double Used In Injury Angle On 1/20

Even though Penta El Zero M is currently out of action, it is not due to any sort of injury.

On the January 20 episode of AEW Dynamite, Kenny Omega, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson assaulted Penta, effectively putting him out of action at least until after Beach Break.

Dave Meltzer, in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter, reports that, while Penta was injured for a lot of last year, he is currently healthy and is out of action due to work visa issues. Meltzer's report goes on to further state that a body double was used in the injury angle on last week’s Dynamite. Fightful has been able to confirm this report.

Taking his place in Death Triangle for next week's Main Event match against Bullet Club will be Jon Moxley. For the first time ever, Moxley will team with Rey Fenix and PAC against Kenny Omega, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson.
