Penta On Match With Rey Mysterio On Tonight’s WWE RAW: This Is My Dream Match, It’s My Role Model

Penta discusses his upcoming Intercontinental title match with Rey Mysterio on tonight’s edition of WWE Monday Night RAW.

On the June 1st edition of WWE Monday Night RAW, Penta is currently set to defend his WWE Intercontinental Championship against Rey Mysterio in a singles match following the pair both featuring in a multi-man ladder match at WrestleMania 42. It will also mark Penta’s first match in Italy in his lengthy pro wrestling career.

While speaking to Denise Salcedo in a new interview, Penta was asked about his title match with Mysterio, noting that it is his dream match and that Mysterio is his role model.

“Yeah, you know, this is my dream match. because it’s Rey Mysterio, it’s the legend, the greatest of all the times, you know, it’s my role model. So, I don’t know, it’s too much for explaining words, but in my heart, it’s very special this night.”
