Penta vs. Xavier Woods Set For 8/18 WWE Raw
A big match is set for next Monday’s edition of Raw.
The bout will see Penta take on the New Day’s Xavier Woods in a singles contest. Adam Pearce awarded this match to Woods after he was complaining after Penta stealing his multi-thousand dollar hat on the August 4 edition of Raw.
This will be the first time that Woods and Penta have ever shared the ring. For the stats nerds, Penta will look to pick up his third straight singles victory after recently defeating Grayson Waller on two separate occasions.
On the other hand, this will be Woods’ first singles contest since March. He’ll look to win his first singles match on Raw since September 2024, when he pulled out a shock victory over Rey Mysterio.
