Persia Pirotta Released By WWE, Issues Comment Expressing Her Gratitude

Persia Pirotta is gone from WWE.

Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp reports that Persia Pirotta has been released by WWE. Pirotta signed with WWE in March 2021 and made her debut as a friend of Indi Hartwell who was new to the states from Australia for the Dexter Lumis/Indi Hartwell wedding. Pirotta began competing in October 2021.

In recent months, Persia and Indi Hartwell have been having a friendly rivalry regarding their respective relationships with Dexter Lumis and Duke Hudson. Her last appearance on TV saw her by the side of Indi Hartwell congratulating Roxanne Perez on her debut.

Pirotta took to Twitter the day after her release and expressed her gratitude for her time in NXT. She talks about meeting friends and showcasing her grandparents' name on the world stage. She closes by saying that it's time to level up.
