Private Party Opens Up About ‘Emotional’ Return To AEW

Quen and Zay are back in the mix.

For the first time since January 2025, Private Party (Marq Quen & Isiah Kassidy) were in action for All Elite Wrestling. The former AEW World Tag Team Champions returned on the 2/11 Dynamite for a number one contenders match.

The duo did not come out victorious, but it was an emotional night for them. Quen and Kassidy said the following to MuscleManMalcolm:

Kassidy: “F*ck, I almost cried — can I curse? — I almost cried. I’m like, oh, it’s been emotional.”

Quen: “I did cry. I was out there crying.”

Kassidy: “So I told Quen, I’m like, ‘Yo, let’s come back being all cool, all slow. First thing I did was run out (hyped).”

Quen: “If you ever wanna go back and watch, look, he beats Cheesecake (AEW security guard) out.”

Kassidy: “It was the nerves. I was so happy to be back. Shout out to Ontario. Y’all showed us mad love and welcome back chants. It was amazing.”

Private Party was in action at House of Glory’s February 20th show. The duo will be wrestling again for House of Glory on March 6th.
