Prosecutors Seeking To Revoke 2 Cold Scorpio’s Bond & Have Him Jailed

The latest on the 2 Cold Scorpio case.
There is a new update in the case involving Charles ‘2 Cold Scorpio’ Scaggs. Prosecutors in Kansas City, Missouri, are now looking to revoke his bond and have him jailed. A motion was filed on September 9th, and the next court hearing has been set for September 17th.
In August, Scaggs pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal. He accepted lesser charges of second-degree assault and armed criminal action for a June 2024 incident involving himself and another man. Scaggs was working as a security guard for Love’s Travel Stops, and there was a physical altercation that resulted in Scaggs stabbing the man in what was described as self-defense.
Scaggs was initially charged with first-degree assault and armed criminal action and had been out on bond. There is no word on why the prosecutors now want him jailed.
He’ll be sentenced on October 9th. The 39-year veteran wrestler returned to in-ring action in late August.
