QT Marshall: Harley Cameron Is My Favorite Hire, She Makes Me Proud Every Week
QT Marshall is very happy with Harley Cameron.
Cameron has been a huge name for AEW’s women’s division in 2025, facing off against top names like Mercedes Mone, Thekla, Athena, and Megan Bayne.
Now, Cameron is in the midst of a huge surge with Willow Nightingale, as the duo recently knocked off Mone and Athena in the first round of the Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament.
Speaking with Denise Salcedo for a new interview, QT Marshall said that Harley Cameron is his favorite hire.
“She’s my favorite hire. I always say that. After we split up with The Factory and stuff, Tony had this idea for this QTV stuff and he said, ‘I think we could introduce a female talent.’ I was searching and searching and she was training with Shawn Spears and Billy Gunn. I reached out to her and after one five minute conversation, I was like, ‘This is it. She’s the one.’ Just from talking to her, I could tell like, ‘Okay, this girl is a star.’ Once we stopped doing the wrestling part of the QTV stuff, we put her with Saraya and we started giving her more chances and then she started wrestling and everything. She’s so new when it comes to in-ring but she’s not when it comes to being a performer. I always joke about it, she’s my number one that I brought in and I’ll take full credit for bringing her in. I can’t take credit for what she does, but yeah. She makes me proud every week.”
