QT Marshall Wins Atlanta Classic Physique Event

QT Marshall competed in the Atlanta Classic Physique Event, taking first place. 

Marshall said that a year ago he decided to change his lifestyle, and he showed off the results of that change in the event.

Marshall is currently signed to AEW. He is the reigning CCW Heavyweight Champion.
