Quavo performs at WWE Sunday Night’s Main Event.

WWE had advertised the 35-year-old rapper to perform an unreleased song from his upcoming album ‘QRÖMELIFE.’ SNME show kicked off with Quavo performing ‘Backwards’ from the album, with his performance lasting around a minute before the first match began.

Earlier this week, Fightful Select reported on WWE’s long-term vision for doing concerts during their big shows.

“TKO was set on having a musical performance at Sunday Night’s Main Event, with the concept viewed internally as a test for incorporating more performances into major WWE shows going forward, @WrestleVotes Radio on @FightfulSelect has learned. The long-term vision has been compared to halftime performances at major sporting events.”
