R-Truth talks about possibly facing John Cena.
In recent years, R-Truth has become a vocal supporter of John Cena, calling him his 'childhood hero'. The two men previously faced off in major matches in 2011, including a WWE Championship match at Capital Punishment that year.
While speaking to Insight With Chris Van Vliet in a new interview, Truth was asked about possibly facing off with Cena again before he retires, with Truth stating it would have to be 'the right way'.
"Y'all want to see that? But the only way we can see that though, it's got to be the right way. The old me, I'm not a bad guy, I'm a good guy now, if you haven't noticed that. I'm a good guy. I kiss the babies, I hug people, I don't kick people in the nomads. So for that to happen, it would have to be a complete turnaround. So I don't know, man, I would love to. Man, he did some wrong stuff, and I like Cody."
Elsewhere in the same interview, Truth spoke about Cena's heel turn earlier this year, noting that there is two sides to every story. You can read more about that here.
