R-Truth Speaks About His WWE Comeback: “If Anything, It Shows That We All Can Come Together On Something”

Truth also addressed John Cena.

It has been a month since Ron ‘R-Truth’ Killings returned to WWE, one week after being informed that his contract with the company was not being renewed.

Upon his return, Truth has targeted Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena and is currently in a program involving Aleister Black and Damian Priest. He spoke to the Toronto Sun about this latest stretch of his career.

“The outreach (is what I’ll remember the most from this recent stretch of my career). The outreach, the love. I think it was meant for me and it was meant for everybody. Through all social media, talking about over 100 million reactions of emotions and of unifying on one thing. So if anything, it shows that we all can come together on something. Regardless of what, how, when, where, boom, we all came together on something. So that was showing that good in humanity, man. That was great.”

As for John Cena, Truth stated that their situation is not done until Cena reverts to who he was prior to the heel turn.

“Oh, it ain’t over (between John Cena & I). He gotta turn back who he was. He hurt people’s heart. You just asked me the good stuff about him. He betrayed people…”

On the 7/11 edition of Friday Night SmackDown, Truth went one-on-one with Aleister Black and picked up the victory.
