Randy Orton Calls Matt Cardona A ‘Mark Ass Stooge’ And ‘Indie Nerd’ On WWE SmackDown
Randy Orton took aim at Matt Cardona on WWE SmackDown.
After addressing his actions towards Cody Rhodes in the ring on the March 20 episode of SmackDown, Orton was confronted by Cardona backstage.
Cardona was upset at what Orton did to Cody by attacking him and bloodying him up. Orton said, “You’ve got the nerve to talk to me of all people like that? Don’t you have some action figures to play with? Mark-ass stooge. Indie nerd.”
Orton walked away, before turning back and leveling Cardona with a forearm. Orton told Cardona to stay out of his business.

Prior to being confronted by Cardona backstage, Orton explained that he attacked Cody because the voices in his head returned and he cared about his legacy, which meant winning titles.
Orton will challenge Cody for the Undisputed WWE Championship at WrestleMania 42.
