Randy Orton has said many times that he will always be with WWE in some capacity, having been with the company since 2001 and recently celebrating the 20-year anniversary of his WWE TV debut.
Orton is still active in the ring and shows no signs of slowing down as a performer, but has taken on more of a mentorship role in his partnership with Riddle.
Speaking to GiveMeSport, Orton commented on the possibility of being a coach once his in-ring career is over.
"I don’t really think I’d be a good coach because I would start to just ramble… It’s almost like I don’t know how to articulate myself to a group of green guys that are coming into the business that need to learn the basics. If there was three, four or five guys, a small group, and if we could go and talk and sit in the ring. If it could be like close quarters, just a small group of people where we’re not doing drills and stuff, but just talking and maybe watching tape, I think I’d be good in that aspect," he said.
Orton & Riddle are the reigning WWE Raw Tag Team Champions and set to team with Drew McIntyre against The Bloodline (Roman Reigns & The Usos) at WrestleMania Backlash.
