Randy Orton now understands Matt Riddle.
Following Matt Riddle and Pete Dunne winning the NXT Tag Team Titles at NXT TakeOver: Portland, Riddle took to social media to celebrate by posting a photo of him and his BroserWeight partner.
Randy Orton took notice of Riddle's post and sent him his version of a congratulation message.

Stunned by a response from Orton, Riddle offered the following response.

Riddle and Orton have had limited interactions on WWE television, but Riddle did eliminate Orton from the 2019 Survivor Series Men's Brand Elimination match.
