Randy Orton Reveals Jelly Roll Asked Him To Help Write A Song

The musician offered that to Orton in exchange for his help in preparation for SummerSlam.
The in-ring debut of Grammy Award-nominated musician Jelly Roll took place on night one of WWE SummerSlam. He took the pin in a bout that saw him tag with Randy Orton versus Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre.
Going into SummerSlam, talents on the show were on a media blitz, and one of the stops for Orton was an appearance on The Maggie and Perloff Show. Orton revealed that in exchange for helping Jelly Roll prepare for his in-ring debut, Jelly Roll asked Orton to help him write a song. Orton added that he would not mind if Jelly Roll did a cover for his ‘Voices’ theme that was created by Rev Theory.
“He actually mentioned yesterday that for all the help that I’ve given him and advice that he wanted to — I think the way he put it was, ‘Write a song with me,’ and I don’t really know if he knows what he’s getting into. I’m tone deaf (Orton laughed). I don’t know if I could write a song. I’ll put this out there: Maybe he could do my entrance music. Maybe they could do my entrance theme, ‘Voices,’ and Rev Theory who sings the song did an amazing job. But if Jelly Roll wanted to cover that song, I wouldn’t be opposed to that. I don’t know if you’re gonna hear any vocals from me though on it.”
During the SummerSlam post-show, Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque shared that Jelly Roll has already talked to him about doing more with WWE.
