Raquel Rodriguez Confirms Liv Morgan Returned Early From Injury

Morgan had been out since the summer.

It was in June that Liv Morgan suffered a shoulder injury that required surgery. Morgan was out up until her return to WWE programming at Survivor Series: WarGames, where she played a role in Dominik Mysterio defeating John Cena to become Intercontinental Champion.

Morgan became the topic of conversation as her fellow Judgment Day stablemate, Raquel Rodriguez, guest appeared on Going Ringside. Rodriguez confirmed that Morgan returned early from her injury.

“You know, if I know Liv (Morgan) as good as I think I know Liv, I’m actually not surprised (she’s back already) because that girl is hungry. She’s hungry for success, she is hungry for a championship, she is hungry just to be better and be the best that she can be and so, as also a fellow athlete, when you do get taken out for an illness or for an injury, it is so difficult to sit on the sidelines and just watch, and so I know that that hunger that built up as you’re just watching is really just eating at you to get out and so, the fact that she was able to get through rehab and get back to 100 percent and be back early, I mean, I’m very, very happy that she’s back in Judgment Day and back on Monday Night Raw and I think everybody else is too. We’re all happy to see her.”

Morgan, Rodriguez, and Roxanne Perez are featured together on-screen as a trio within The Judgment Day. Morgan has yet to make her in-ring return.
