Raquel Rodriguez Defeats Sol Ruca To Win Women’s Intercontinental Title On WWE Raw
Raquel Rodriguez wins singles gold.
The final match of this week’s WWE Raw was a title match, as Sol Ruca defended her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Raquel Rodriguez in a singles contest.
As expected, the Judgement Day got involved near the end of the bout. Roxanne Perez stopped Ruca from hitting Rodriguez with her Sol Snatcher finisher. Raquel took advantage of the moment by planting Ruca with her Tejana Bomb finisher from the second rope. Moments later, Rodriguez pinned Sol to score the upset victory.

With the loss, Ruca’s reign with the Women’s Intercontinental Championship comes to an end at the 58 day mark. She originally won the belt from Becky Lynch back in May.
On the flip side, this is Raquel Rodriguez’s first singles title win since arriving to the main roster. Back in 2021, she held the NXT Women’s Championship for 202 days.
