WWE Raw Draws Lowest Viewership Since Final ThunderDome Show On 9/13/21

Up against the first week of Monday Night Football, Raw threw a Hail Mary and still decreased in viewership

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports the September 13 episode of WWE Raw drew an average of 1.670 million viewers, down from last week's viewership of 1.848 million viewers, this is the fewest since July 12.

The demo number was down also as the show posted a 0.43 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic, down from last week's number of a 0.52 rating in the same demographic.

Thurston notes that the most-watched quarter-hour of Raw was the final quarter-hour where Big E won the WWE Title. The segment averaged 1,844,000 viewers. The segment drew 643,000 viewers in the 18 to 49 demographic.

Thurston also provided the following information on viewership:

Monday Night Football was watched by 6.5 million viewers on ABC, 4.5 million on ESPN, and 600,000 on ESPN2, according to John Ourand of the Sports Business Journal.

This week's episode was built around Big E becoming WWE Champion by cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Bobby Lashley. Big E even dominates four of the top five YouTube moments from the evening.
