Rebel (Not Reba) Provides An Update On Her Knee Injury

On the June 30 episode of AEW Dynamite, Rebel (Not Reba) suffered a knee injury during her tag team match.

Rebel was teaming with Britt Baker in a bout against Nyla Rose & Vickie Guerrero. Rebel was helped to the back by officials after the match, where she was taken care of. Fightful reported she suffered a dislocated kneecap.

Appearing on AEW Unrestricted, Rebel provided an update on her injury.

"This knee right here is doing very well and I have been blessed by the lord above because it could have been so much worse. We could have had some serious damage. There is no surgery, just damaged cartilage. I just have to do a little [Physical Therapy], build the strength back up, and I'm good to go. I have to wear a brace," she said.

She and podcast co-host Aubrey Edwards joked that her knee injury was karma for using the crutch in matches as she now has to use a crutch.

Rebel has continued to appear on television alongside Britt Baker in her segments. Baker will defend her AEW Women's Championship against Red Velvet on the premiere episode of AEW Rampage.
