Kris Statlander is moving on.
During the May 20 episode of AEW Rampage, Red Velvet took on Kris Statlander in the final opening round match of the Women's Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Statlander went on to win the bout, meaning she is advancing to the semi-finals of the tournament and will be facing Ruby Soho next Friday, May 27.
After the match, Kiera Hogan and Velvet attacked Statlander, but Ruby Soho came to her defense. Jade Cargill restored the number advantage for The Baddies, but Anna Jay came out and sent them running.

Meanwhile, Dr. Britt Baker DMD is set to face Toni Storm in the other semi-final of the tournament after beating mystery opponent Maki Itoh on the May 18 episode of Dynamite. Toni Storm beat Jamie Hayter in the first round of the tournament a few weeks back.
