WWE wants to secure "The Man".
Former two-time SmackDown Live Women's Champion Becky Lynch is set to be a part of the first women's WrestleMania main event next month in a Triple Threat alongside Charlotte Flair and the RAW Women's Champion Ronda Rousey. On top of that news, Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Becky Lynch has been offered a new WWE contract that includes a raise in pay. The report noted that Becky was offered a multi-year deal earlier this month and she is expected to sign the contract soon.
The popularity of Becky Lynch went to the next level after she was forced out of her Survivor Series bout against Ronda Rousey due to injury. Viewers of the WWE product have been calling for Lynch and Rousey to clash and it has led to them and Charlotte Flair meeting in the main event of WrestleMania 35 with the RAW Women's Championship on the line.
Becky Lynch will be making the rounds on the media circuit to promote her forthcoming match at WrestleMania with her first appearance happening on SportsCenter tomorrow. "The Man" was also the focus of a recent 'Head & Shoulders' commercial that can be viewed by clicking here.
The final touches to the WrestleMania 35 match card is being put together with two weeks left to go until the "Show Of Shows" so to stay up to date with the match card for the event, head over to Fightful's "events" page.
