Road Dogg reportedly returned to work.
Back on March 27, Tracy James, the wife of Brian "Road Dogg" James said her husband was hospitalized on March 25 after "most likely suffering a heart attack."
On March 30, Road Dogg commented on his condition following his return home.

The most recent update on Brian James came from Triple H during a recent media call following an NXT TakeOver where Triple H stated that Brian had returned to work through a work-from-home station WWE had set up for him.
Now, a new report from Mike Johnson of PWInsider states that Road Dogg returned to work during the most recent episode of NXT on April 27, one month after it was revealed that he had been hospitalized.
