New details regarding the upcoming WWE studio show.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that Cathy Kelley is expected to be part of the upcoming WWE studio show on Fox Sports 1. Kelley will reportedly split her time between NXT and working on the studio show. Johnson confirmed that the show will tape weekly at Fox studios in Los Angeles. NXT will air live every Wednesday from Full Sail University in Orlando.
The report goes on to say that the working title for the show is "WWE Backstage." The title has not been confirmed by WWE.
As previously reported, Renee Young is expected to be the host of the show. It has been rumored that Booker T will also be part of the show, though Johnson notes that WWE has auditioning on-air personalities and Hall of Famers with no mention of Booker T being the co-host alongside Young.
WWE has yet to announce full details for the show, including the premiere date and time.
