Report: Colt Cabana Signs New AEW Contract, 'Earmarked' For ROH

Colt Cabana is sticking with AEW.

According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, Cabana signed a new contract with AEW. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) reportedly pushed for Cabana's new contract.

Meltzer reports that Cabana is "earmarked" for Ring of Honor.

Cabana competed at ROH Supercard of Honor, defeating Blake Christian on the pre-show. He has not wrestled on AEW TV since the March 8 episode of AEW Dark. He has made various independent appearances since that time and missed time due to filming "Young Rock" in Australia.

Cabana is a member of the Dark Order in AEW. It is unknown if or when he will return to AEW TV. It also unknown when Ring of Honor will resume live events as Tony Khan is working on distribution for the promotion.
