Umaga lost and McMahon's head was shaved.

According to the Wall Street Journal, A person who reviewed Trump's contract for his WrestleMania appearance stated, "Mr. Trump had his associates review the contract to ensure that under no circumstances would Mr. McMahon be allowed to shave his head, even if Mr. Trump’s wrestler dropped dead in the ring."

Trump was reportedly paid $4 million for his appearance, which he directed McMahon to pay to the Donald Trump Foundation. McMahon reportedly didn't record the payment, or the $1 million bonus, as company expenses.
