WWE has reportedly released Eddy Thorpe.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports that Eddy Thorpe has been released by WWE.
Thorpe last wrestled on the April 15th episode of WWE NXT, competing in the WWE NXT North American Title #1 Contendership Fatal Four Way match.
Thorpe, who went by Karl Fredericks in NJPW, was signed by WWE in January 2023. He spent his entire WWE run in NXT.
Thorpe posted the following message on social media, indicating his release.
