Eli Drake could be at Slammiversary.
Earlier this month, it was reported that Eli Drake's contract was ending and he had not re-signed which was keeping him off of the Slammiversary XVI card. On Thursday, Wrestling Observer reported Eli Drake has signed an extension with Impact Wrestling which goes until July 31st and Slammiversary is July 22nd
On this week's episode of Impact Wrestling, Moose and Eli Drake have been scheduled to wrestle for the number one contendership to Austin Aries' new unified World Championship.
The match has already been filmed at a House of Hardcore event and Fightful Wrestling has the spoilers from that taping.
