Report: FTR Approaching Option Year With AEW, WWE Has Preliminary Interest
A new report regarding the AEW status of FTR.
Wrestlemobs of Bodyslam.net reports that FTR (Dax Harwood & Cash Wheeler) are approaching an option year with AEW. The tag team signed a four-year deal with the company in 2023.
The report also states there has been “at least preliminary interest from WWE communicated through mutual contacts as the situation continues to draw attention internally.”
Before joining AEW in 2020, Harwood & Wheeler competed in AEW as The Revival, using the names Scott Dawson (Harwood) and Dash Wilder (Wheeler).
The duo lost the AEW Tag Team Titles to Adam Copeland & Christian Cage at AEW Double or Nothing in an “I Quit” match. They are three-time AEW Tag Team Champions.
