Another update on Jeff Hardy.
TMZ reports that Jeff Hardy had a bloody nose from an alleged fight with his wife Beth at the time of his arrest on Oct. 3.
The police report (via TMZ Sports) says that Carthage Police Department received a tip about a careless and reckless driver around 8:40 p.m. ET on Oct. 3. Hardy's car was parked in front of a liquor store and Hardy was reportedly coming out of the store with a case of beer. Cops reportedly followed Hardy closely as he began weaving in his lane before pulling him over.
The report indicates that Hardy "had what seemed to be dried blood on his nose." When asked what happened, Hardy reportedly told cops that he and his wife got into a fight. The are no more details about the alleged domestic dispute and charges regarding the alleged dispute were not filed. Police turned their attention to Hardy's impairment. Hardy admitted to taking two shots of vodka and being impaired. He failed his field sobriety test and reportedly was uncooperative when asked for a breathalyzer or blood sample.
EMS was asked to draw a blood sample after the officer got a search warrant from a judge.
Hardy was booked for Driving While Impaired and Driving on a Revoked License.
As previously reported, his court date is set for Thursday, Nov. 7.
