On Mar. 8, PWInsider reported that Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson turned down multi-million dollar deals to remain with WWE

Despite not wrestling often on television, Gallows & Anderson had remained active at live events. They worked the February live events but have not wrestled at live events in March. However, they did take on Sanity in a SmackDown Live dark match on Mar. 12. The duo last appeared on television on Feb. 5, losing a tag team match to Shinsuke Nakamura & Rusev. Prior to that, they had not wrestled on television since December.

Gallows & Anderson are reportedly frustrated with how they've been handled over recent years. Their contracts reportedly expire in September and while the two sides still have months left to negotiate a new deal, WWE wanted to lock them up ASAP due to the bidding wars currently taking place in the professional wrestling world.
