Report: MLW To Start On VICE TV In May, Announcement Regarding A Return To Live Crowds Expected Soon

Last night, it was announced that Major League Wrestling is heading to VICE TV later this spring. Now, a new report suggests that could be as soon as the coming month.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that MLW is expected to start on the network in May. Initially, MLW will feature content from their library. This content is expected to be timely and to take advantage of the upcoming start of the third season of Dark Side of the Ring, expected to start on May 6.

It is said that MLW does not want its first content on the new network to be in front of an empty arena and the report from Mike Johnson notes that the announcement that is forthcoming on the next episode of MLW FUSION from Court Bauer is expected to be the return to live touring for the promotion.

Reportedly, MLW will return to taping TV episodes in front of fans this July. That content would then begin airing as soon as possible on VICE TV.

In his latest podcast, Jim Ross also stated that AEW intends on returning to touring in front of live crowds this July. Learn more here.
