Report: More WWE Workers Test Positive For COVID-19, At Least 30 Positive Tests Total

The news isn't getting any better for WWE in regards to positive COVID-19 testing.

Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet reports at least 30 people who have been at the WWE Performance Center over the last three weeks have tested positive for COVID-19. More people tested positive following the latest round of testing last week.

On Monday, June 15, it was reported a second talent had tested positive for COVID-19, which led to WWE canceling the Tuesday tapings and getting all staff and talent at the Performance Center tested. Tapings resumed on Wednesday and no one was reportedly allowed in the building without a negative COVID-19 test.

On June 24 it was reported multiple people tested positive for COVID-19, but an exact number wasn't given. Jamie Noble, Adam Pearce, Renee Young, and Kayla Braxton publicly disclosed they had tested positive for the virus.

WWE has continued to test talent since June 16, which marked the first time during the pandemic that talent had been tested. Satin reports that WWE has administered 1,5000 tests during that time.

Following reports of multiple positive tests, WWE put out a statement saying, "WWE will continue COVID-19 testing of its talent, production crew and employees in advance of TV productions for the foreseeable future."

WWE taped two episodes of Raw on July 3 and will reportedly hold its next set of television tapings on July 15
