Naomi is reportedly traveling to Japan.
Mike Johnson at PWInsider reports Naomi (Trinity Fatu) is slated to be in Japan ahead of NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 17. It is unknown if she will appear on the NJPW broadcast. The report states, "New Japan sources would not confirm they are bringing Naomi in and intimated she was coming of her own accord."
Sasha Banks (Mercedes Vernado) will reportedly appear at Wrestle Kingdom 17, but is unknown in what capacity she will be making an appearance. Bushiroad CEO Takaaki Kidani said an appearance by Banks at the Tokyo Dome "is a possibility."
Naomi & Banks were the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions when they walked out on the company in May 2022 after being advertised for the May 16 episode of WWE Raw. They were subsequently suspended indefinitely from WWE and have not been involved in a wrestling capacity since.
Both women have made appearances together at red carpet events and on the fashion runway.
