Niño Hamburguesa is no longer with WWE/AAA.
It was first reported by Bodyslam.net that Niño Hamburguesa has been let go from his WWE/AAA contract following an incident with a fan at an independent show.
In the video footage, Hamburguesa was on the outside of the ring, and a wrestler kicked him towards the fans. Hamburguesa fell into their laps, and while sitting on them, he delivered multiple elbows to the face of one of the fans.
Bodyslam reports that Hamburguesa was informed of his release via a Zoom call. Neither WWE nor AAA has publicly addressed the situation.
The report was corroborated by @luchablog on X, who wrote:
I can confirm Bodyslam dot net’s report that AAA fired Nino Hamburguesa.
A video of him elbowing a front row fan at a Tuesday show in Pachuca’s Arena Aficion was all over the place in the days after. Other AAA wrestlers were told he was gone on Friday.

The 30-year-old Niño Hamburguesa had been working with AAA since 2012. WWE acquired the company in 2025.
