Report: NWA & ROH No Longer Working Together; Nick Aldis Not Advertised For Summer Supercard

The partnership between the NWA and Ring Of Honor has ended.

Ring Of Honor and the National Wrestling Alliance are no longer working together, as first reported by PWInisder. The current NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Nick Aldis is no longer being advertised for ROH's Summer Supercard event on-which he was slated to defend the 10 Pounds Of Gold against a member of Villain Enterprises (Marty Scurll, Flip Gordon, PCO or Brody King).

NWA Vice President Dave Lagana wrapped up his commitments with Ring Of Honor this past weekend. It was also noted in the report that Billy Corgan wants to focus on NWA having its on standalone series once the current 'Smashing Pumpkins' tour concludes. 

ROH's PCO and Brody King are the current NWA World Tag Team Champions. As more information about this situation comes to the forefront, Fightful will provide an update.
