Report: NXT Moving To The Performance Center Beginning With TakeOver 31

NXT gets a new home.

According to John Pollock at POST Wrestling, NXT will be moving to the Performance Center for the foreseeable future beginning this Sunday with TakeOver 31. NXT was previously taped at its longtime home of Full Sail University, though the brand did move to the Performance Center early in the pandemic when Full Sail shutdown.

During Wednesday's media call, Triple H noted fans would notice that TakeOver would have a unique look and feel, saying it would be "something totally different that hasn’t been done, so far" and hoping it would be "game-changing."

Pollock also reports that 205 Live will move to the Performance Center as well.

WWE held Raw and SmackDown at the Performance Center during the majority of the pandemic until moving to the Amway Center and rebranding it the ThunderDome at the end of August ahead of WWE SummerSlam.
