WWE will reportedly pre-tape an episode of NXT ahead of NXT Stand & Deliver.
NXT is typically taped live at the WWE Performance Center every Tuesday, and the show airs on on USA Network. The company occasionally pre-tapes shows when the situation calls for it, and WWE will take this approach due to WrestleMania week.
PWInsider reports that WWE will hold a double taping of NXT at the WWE Performance Center on March 21. The March 28 episode of NXT, which will be the go-home show for NXT Stand & Deliver, will be taped in advance, as WWE will be in Los Angeles ahead of both NXT Stand & Deliver and WrestleMania 39 that weekend. Johnson noted that WWE plans to return to live tapings of NXT beginning with the April 4 episode.

The March 7 episode of NXT will be the NXT Roadblock special, where Shawn Michaels will appear on The Grayson Waller Effect and Roxanne Perez will defend the NXT Women's Championship against Meiko Satomura. Click here to check out the card.
