Report: NXT Re-Shot Karrion Kross Segment On 7/21 Due To 'Hardy' Chants

NXT taped upcoming episodes of the program on Wednesday, July 21 from the Capitol Wrestling Center.

One segment, taped for the August 3 episode of NXT, featured Karrion Kross cutting a in-ring promo on Samoa Joe. According to multiple fans in attendance, the segment had to be re-shot with loud chants of "Hardy" being the reason why. The segment ended with Joe chasing off Kross.

WWE Files To Trademark 'MFT'

NXT re-taped the segment to close out the tapings on Wednesday.

According to one fan who spoke to Bodyslam.net, NXT crew members lied to keep fans in the building.

"They even lied to us and said something special was going to happen so we wouldn’t leave. [A Crew Member] told me the show wasn’t over. When [we] tried to leave, he told us there was a surprise," said the fan.

Kross, who is the reigning NXT Champion, met his WWE Raw debut on Monday, losing to Jeff Hardy in less than two minutes.
