Report: NXT Talent Flown In For WWE SmackDown, Update On When Talent Will Be Leaving Saudi Arabia

The latest on WWE's travel issues in Saudi Arabia.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer has good news as he reports talent and production people in Riyadh will be flying home at around 8 p.m. ET. Meltzer goes on to note that everyone is currently doing fine.

The report continues with news that "a number" of NXT talent is being flown to Buffalo for SmackDown. No talent was named, and there is no guarantee they will be part of the show. WWE put out at a statement telling fans there would be "additional surprises" on SmackDown due to part of the roster missing the show as a result of the travel woes. WWE has already changed up SmackDown, announcing Bayley will defend her SmackDown Women's Championship against Nikki Cross. The two women were originally set to square off in six-woman tag team action.
