PCO (Pierre Carl Ouellet) joined IMPACT at Hard to Kill 2022 after Ring of Honor announced its hiatus. PCO was part of the Honor No More (Matt Taven, Vincent, Mike Bennett, and Maria) stable and was regularly featured on television throughout his run with the company.

He feuded with Eddie Edwards throughout the end of 2022 and into 2023. He was involved in a program with Bully Ray and Steve Maclin headed into IMPACT Slammiversary, but was unable to compete at the event. He did defeat Bully Ray in an Anything Goes match at IMPACT Victory Road.

He most recently competed in the Feast or Fired match at IMPACT 1000.
